Donation Agreement

1. Introduction
By making a donation to Water-Lily Foundation (“the Foundation”), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Donation Agreement. We are a registered non-profit organisation in Ghana, committed to humanitarian development and community empowerment.

2. Purpose of Donations
All donations received will be used to support the Foundation’s projects, programmes, and operational needs in line with our mission and objectives. Allocation of funds may vary depending on priority needs and project requirements.

3. Payment and Processing

• Donations are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway.

• You may choose to make a one-time donation or set up recurring contributions.

• All transactions are final and non-refundable, except in cases of proven error.

4. Donor Privacy
The Foundation values and respects donor privacy. Personal and financial information provided will only be used for processing donations, issuing receipts, and communication regarding our activities. We will never share or sell your information to third parties.

5. Receipts and Acknowledgment
Donors will receive an electronic acknowledgment/receipt for every successful donation. Annual summaries may also be provided for record-keeping and tax purposes where applicable under Ghanaian law.

6. Accountability and Transparency
Water-Lily Foundation is committed to transparency. Reports on how donations are utilised will be published periodically on our official website and made available to stakeholders.

7. Governing Law
This Donation Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
