Thematic Areas

At the heart of our work are the critical issues shaping the future of communities across Ghana. We concentrate our efforts where they matter most, driving change through inclusive, sustainable, and transformative action. Our focus areas reflect the pressing needs of the people we serve and the values we stand for.

We work across the following priority areas:

Specific Objectives

WASH:

  • Improve access to clean, safe water in underserved areas.
  • Promote hygiene practices to reduce waterborne illnesses.
  • Support sanitation infrastructure to eliminate open defecation.
  • Collaborate on policies and community engagement.

SBCC:

  • Launch educational campaigns on health and hygiene.
  • Use digital and traditional media for community mobilisation.
  • Engage youth and policymakers through dialogue.
  • Train community champions to lead change initiatives.

Climate Action:

  • Promote recycling, composting, and sustainable waste practices.
  • Advocate for climate-resilient infrastructure in schools and localities.
  • Educate communities on environmental conservation.
  • Partner to implement renewable energy and carbon-reduction solutions.

Community Health & Wellbeing:

  • Increase equitable access to healthcare.
  • Foster preventive health and awareness.
  • Tackle health disparities and support emergency response.
  • Conduct research to inform inclusive policies.
